Quotes are valid for 2 weeks.

Deposits and/or payment in full is due at the time of booking.

25% deposit is required to book your order.

All wedding and large event require 20% deposit and all orders must be paid in full two-weeks prior to event or delivery.

All other orders must be paid in full at the time of pickup/delivery.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another order/date.

Dates will remain open until deposits are received.

Changes to orders can be made up to two weeks prior to event/delivery. We understand that event cancellations can happen. Should this occur, contact us immediately to discuss available options.

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Zelle.

Clear communication is vital to insure a successful result and overall working relationship. Pease feel free to discuss any and all concerns, preferences, or issues. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to make your event a special and memorable one.

Keep in mind that orders placed based on a picture of another designer's work can vary slightly in color and technique and is based on availability of materials. Significant changes will always be discussed and approved in advance.

Living in South Louisiana, as we all know, involved high temperatures and humidity. Cakes exposed to external temperatures above 75 degrees do not fare well. If you are having an outdoor event, we recommend keeping your cake inside until right before cutting. We will not be responsible for cakes left outside or in direct sunlight.

Delivery is offered for any order. Once your cake leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any mishaps. For cakes that are picked up and personally transported, keep in mind that these should be transported on a flat surface. It is never a good idea to place on a car seat or in someone's lap.

We reserve the right to photograph and post pictures of any product we make. We will not post any cake online prior to your event without prior consent. We want you to be the one to reveal to your guest first.

We strive very hard to make your cake completely edible. We do not use artificial flowers or card stock/plastic topers unless specifically requested to do so. All of our decorations are hand-made with icing, fondant, gum paste, or edible paper. If we are unable to make what you desire due to copyright issues, tooling or time constraints, we will advise you up front to discuss alternative options.
